1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

The KYC process requires submission of: a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport); proof of residential address dated within three months; and, where requested, documentation confirming the source of funds used to deposit. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may have withdrawals withheld and deposits returned to the originating payment method.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

12. Suspension & Termination

zy888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at its sole discretion, where it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity has taken place on or in connection with the account.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to zy888.
• The account holder has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider without first contacting zy888 support.

Upon termination for breach, zy888 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via the originating payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting zy888 customer support, provided there are no pending withdrawal requests, open bets, or ongoing investigations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

zy888 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.
